2. Client Services & Legal Disclosures
Required Client Documents
Before we begin any credit education or document preparation services, you will be required to review and sign the following:
- Authorization for Credit Repair Action
- Consumer Credit File Rights (CROA Disclosure)
- Right to Cancel Notice (FTC & Florida FCSOA compliant)
- Client Agreement (outlining service terms, billing, and cancellation)
Scope of Services
ND Consultant LLC offers credit education and document preparation services. We evaluate your credit reports and work with you to identify outdated, inaccurate, or unverifiable information. You decide which items you’d like us to dispute. We prepare all related documentation on your behalf and assist in managing responses from the credit bureaus.
Communication may occur via phone, email, SMS, secure portal, video calls, or other formats during standard business hours.
Billing & Fees
An additional one-time $25 Administrative Fee will be added to the first payment of all plans.
✅ Bronze Plan – $495
- One-Time Payment: $495 + $25 administrative fee, due before work begins.
✅ Silver Plan – $695
- One-Time Payment: $695 + $25 administrative fee, due before work begins.
✅ Rapid Repair Plan – $1,000
- One-Time Payment: $1,000 + $25 administrative fee, due before work begins.
Credit Monitoring Requirement
Active credit monitoring through MyScoreIQ ($1 for 7 days, then $34.99/month) is required throughout the duration of your service. We cannot perform services without access to your updated reports.
Refund Policy
We offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee if, after 12 months of service, we have not successfully removed at least 25% of the negative items you enrolled with — provided you have:
- Maintained active credit monitoring
- Provided updated reports as requested
- Not added new collections, inquiries, or negative items during the process
- Not used another credit repair company within 2 years before enrollment
All refunds will be processed in compliance with the Florida Credit Service Organizations Act (FCSOA) and the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).
Right to Cancel (3-Day Notice)
Under federal law (CROA) and Florida law (FCSOA), you have the right to cancel your agreement with ND Consultant LLC without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date you sign your contract.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via mail or email to the address listed below. Any payments made will be refunded if cancellation occurs within this 3-day period.

We provide education and document preparation based on federal and state credit laws. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. For legal questions, please consult a licensed attorney.
3. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of Florida.

5. CROA & FCSOA Disclosures
You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However, you may choose to hire a credit repair company to assist you. Under the law, you have a right to sue a credit repair company that violates the Credit Repair Organizations Act.”
